I'm Back

I've decided to continue this blog. I originally thought that I wouldn't continue blogging, at least not on this one. Mainly because I created this as a travel blog, for study abroad. But I decided I did enjoy it, and I liked this blog, so I didn't want to create a new one.

This "new" blog will focus on my life, and my obsessions, which I have many of. I wish this blog could continue to being about travel, but I don't travel much anymore. I continue to visit Canada every summer, though this year it looks like not so much. Other than that, I don't get out much. A lot has changed however since my last blog. I am no longer at Utah State. I transferred after my fall semester of sophomore year. I am still pushing toward my dream of being an Interior Designer, just in a new place and new school. I like where I am currently and look forward to what the future holds for me. So until next time...

Best day in Paris so far!      Elyse and I left at 930 for the Catacombs, and who should I see in line? My senior year French 2 Student teacher, Mr. Schelagel! I feel bad, but I don't know how to spell his name. I was shocked. Who expects to see someone from Boise, Idaho who was your teacher traveling abroad? He was on the phone and asked for me to hold on for a second. Elyse headed to the back of the line to hold our spot. I waited as he got off the phone. It was crazy. I couldn't get over the fact that I was seeing someone I knew in Europe! He introduced me to his wife and two other family members. He asked why I was in Europe and I told him I was studying and told him about Utah State and the Interior Design program. I also told him about how my french has declined after he asked me about it. So as today rolled in my study abroad journey came to a close. Today all the assignments were due and all the work was done. It was a great summer and full of work. I'm proud of everything I did and I hope you like it as much as I did. But I wanted and needed to share my top drawings with you. Thanks for taking this journey with me! London Day Eleven- Free day number 3

So today was another free day. Not much occurred on this fine day so this blog post should be short. I got to sleep in today and that was wonderful! Though during the night at 12:08am my mother called me. I had tried calling her and hour earlier. It was a short chat cause international calls are expensive. But it was nice to hear her voice. I miss my parents a ton! Then I fell asleep until 11am. Unfortunately I was too exhausted to have any dreams. I love a good dream. Then I got up and ate some cereal, and got on the computer to finish my blogs. I was really behind. I then got ready for the day. At about 3pm I headed off for Paddington Station. I was determined to buy a Paddington Bear for my cousin's daughter. We adore her and I really wanted to get her something special. I headed off right when it started raining.
